Naturally extracted from High Oleic sunflower seeds in South Eastern Colorado.  Colorado produced from processing to label. The all  natural extraction process uses NO solvents in removing the oil  from the seeds,  through pressing.  We do not winterize our oil so you will notice  a small amount of sunflower wax in the bottom of the bottle.  This keeps the oil  in a more natural state without affecting the cooking quality. 
 
High Oleic (HO) Sunflower Oil provides optimal health benefits, a clean taste and is trans-fat free. Vitamin E levels are 3x greater than oilve oil. The smoke point is less than 450 degrees.
